Diamond Residences is part of Storeys, a 14-storey building with 129 units in Richmond. This housing project is a partnership between five community-based, non-profit agencies: Tikva Housing Society, S.U.C.C.E.S.S., Coast Mental Health, Turning Point Recovery Society and Pathways Clubhouse.
Tikva owns and operates 18 units on the three top floors, including:
- Eight (8) 3-bedroom units
- Four (4) -2-bedroom units
- Three (3)- 1-bedroom units
- Three (3) studios
This joint venture was funded by capital donations from the City of Richmond and federal and provincial governments.
The Diamond Foundation funded Tikva’s units with additional donations from the Zalkow, Lohn and Snider Foundations and other private donors.
