Susana Cogan Place is part of Byrnepark, a five-storey building located in Burnaby. Our latest project is a partnership with Polygon and has BC Housing’s financial support. It will add another 20 units of affordable homes to our portfolio in the summer of 2023. Tikva’s units on the 3rd include the following:
- Three (3) – studio units
- Seven (7) – 1-bedroom units
- Ten (10)- 2-bedroom units
We proudly named our floor the Susana Cogan Place in loving memory of Susana Cogan z”l. Cogan was the driving force behind Tikva Housing from 2006 to 2017. She was instrumental in acquiring the Dany Guincher House, building the partnership, and securing the capital donations that made the Diamond Residences (Storeys) and the Ben and Esther Dayson Residences possible.
